Dance Maffia: water

I wrote an idiotic story 7 years ago, called Dance Maffia. These "maffiosos" were actually warriors, with mainly elemental power, beside other nifty tricks. I am rewriting the story. "Water" controls water, can create ice, and still luck from oppenent and chanel it for herself. She's a "littlegirlish" person.
